Here is an interview with Dan Fleetcroft from Bromley Technologies, who visited with their Skeleton Bobsleigh simulator.

This interview was filmed using our Green Screen technology.

We held green screen filming work shops in our de Ferrers TV studio throughout the Technology Show.

Students had the opportunity to write scripts, present news bulletins and interview some of our visitors to the show, ranging from the Olympic Skelton Bobleigh team through to Andrew Griffiths, our local MP.

Interview with Andrew Griffiths MP

On Wednesday 23rd June, a number of our Y10 and Y12 Physics students had a rare opportunity to talk directly to CERN, Geneva, site of the world’s biggest experiment, the Large Hadron Collider.

The students were able to make use of our new video-conferencing equipment to talk to dr Mick Storr at CERN, and ask him about his life and work. We would like to thank Dr Storr for giving up his time to help us.
